2 week carbonic Carignan is pressed and added to skin fermenting Riesling. The blended juice is then pumped over the skins occasionally. After ten days some of the wine is bled off to make this saignée while the rest goes on to become Free Your Mind. This rosé wine is then bottle refermented and conditioned to make a fresh, citrusy, and delightful sparkling rosé.
