1. Order Fulfillment: In-Store Pickup Only

Provisions does not offer shipping or delivery services. All orders placed through provisionswine.com are for In-Store Pickup only. During checkout, you will be prompted to select your preferred pickup location from our three shops:

• Provisions Northampton: 150 Main Street Suite 10, Northampton, MA 01060
• Provisions Mill District: 65 Cowls Rd, Amherst, MA 01002
• Provisions Longmeadow: 686 Bliss Rd, Longmeadow, MA 01106

Pickup Process:

• Notifications: You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email once our team has hand-picked your items and they are ready for pickup.

2. Age Verification for Pickup (Required by Law)

In accordance with Massachusetts General Law, if your order contains alcoholic beverages:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Identification: A valid, government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of pickup at any of our three locations.
• Verification: The name on the ID must match the name on the order. We reserve the right to refuse service if valid identification cannot be provided.

3. Payment Methods & Security

We utilize Lightspeed Payments to ensure your transaction is handled with the highest level of security.

• Accepted Cards: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• Security: Your payment information is encrypted. Provisions does not store your full credit card details on our internal servers.

Billing: Your card will be authorized and charged at the time the order is placed online.
