Each batch is handcrafted from grain grown in a single year by Morrill Farm, a historic fourth generation farm in Concord, New Hampshire. Double distilled in direct-fire copper pot stills just north of Boston and aged in fresh oak barrels for a minimum of two years to develop its complex character. Each sip explores the impact of single farm, single year grains while supporting 150 square feet of farm field per bottle.
