From the distillery: "Our Sapling Honey Bourbon was inspired by a family tradition of making honey liqueurs. This bourbon is barrel aged in charred American Oak and then blended with locally-sourced raw Vermont honey. Similar to our Sapling Maple Bourbon, we locally source raw Vermont honey, blend it with American bourbon, and age it for three years. It offers a strong bourbon-forward taste with a sweet, fresh and floral honey finish."
