Rosso di Langa is a mixed milk cheese made by Caseificio dell'Alta Langa, a fifth
generation family-owned creamery in northern Italy which specializes in unique, handmade cheeses of % this style. Alta Langa pioneered the first square robiola called Robiola Bosina, which along with La Tur,
has set the bar for this style of cheese in the USA. Rosso follows in that tradition with added flavor and
allure. It is washed with brine and annatto to amplify the fruity, funky notes in the cheese.
