Red Vermut are made with their wines only, in cooperation with Gualco, a famous, niche distillery quite close to them. They are characterized by a long -around 2 months- cold maceration in wine and ethyl alcohol: glass demijohns host a complex mix of more than 20 botanicals, including wormwood, yarrow, juniper berries, angelica seeds, rhubarb, gentian roots, citrus zests, hybiscus and orange flowers. No flavours or colouring and preservatives, no other additives apart from small amounts of sugar to balance botanical bitterness.
