Lidia and Paolo’s first attempt at a sparkling wine, the Andeira is a pet nat style made from a soft pressing of Barbera grapes.  The wine is unique to many pet nats, as their is an aging in 6 months of oak before re-triggering fermentation.  Plenty of wild berry and fresh red fruits, but also a fuller mouth feel with underlying earthy notes.
