With a warm and easy ripening in september 20204, we are not surprised how beautiful this wine is. This medium-bodied wine features pleasant notes of hazelnut, chamomille, dandelion, and warming spices. Its rich texture is perfectly balanced by the crisp acidity typical of our cool climate. Fermented in stainless steel, aged on lees in neutral french oak barrels and puncheon.
