The vine: The vineyard is located on flat land that constitutes the eastern edge of the Meursault appellation. Grapes purchased from trusted neighbors may eventually supplement the vintage.

The poor, shallow and very stony soil of the plot gives it a strong draining power, providentially reproducing the conditions of a hillside. The Chardonnay therefore expresses itself with finesse and freshness but with a beautiful concentration for this level of appellation, a phenomenon reinforced by the age of the vine which is more than 70 years old. Everything contributes to making this wine an excellent quality-price ratio

Tasting: The color is pale yellow, clear, and bright. The nose is floral and fruity with lemony notes. On the palate, the attack is clean, frank, and dynamic. We find the citrus notes promised by the nose. Then the wine blossoms and gains breadth for a finish that lingers on the palate.
