About the winery: No Es Pituko is a minimal-intervention focused project of the Echevarria family, who have been making wine in Chile since the 1750s. They farm using organic and biodynamic practices and practice a hands off philosophy in the cellar. This philosophy includes native yeast fermentation, no fining, no filtering and no additions, including sulfites to the No Es Pituko wine.
