On smelling the wine, you are immediately drawn into the world of Viennese pastries.

On the palate, the attack is frank without excess and the minerality is present but without brutality. The wine's mature Chardonnay character is clearly evident, without being overly exuberant, with aromas of Viennese pastries. Vinification without malolactic fermentation preserves the wine's ageing potential and the dosage allows it to be finely tuned.
