Refined in oak barrels for at least 18 months. The blending of the wines takes place a few months before bottling; bottled without being filtered and then refined for at least 10 months in the bottle.

It's a bit like my "international" wine, an old-fashioned Super Tuscan. Very pleasant to drink, soft, suitable for any meal and also as an aperitif with cheeses and cured meats.
