Towards the bottom of their small hillside in Montefredane are the organically farmed vines that lead to this Fiano.  The wine has an almost creamy/waxy mouthfeel, more often found in Falanghina, but prevalent here as well.  Ripe stone fruits combined with zesty citrus and white flowers.
