The Pet Nat Macerato is an orange sparkling wine from Castelfranco Emilia in Emilia-Romagna using the ancestral method. This natural wine blends Montuni, Pinot Bianco, and Trebbiano grapes grown organically on composite soils of clay, silt, and sand. The grapes undergo maceration to enhance complexity and structure before spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Made without added sulfites, the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
