44% ALC/VOL - Distilled from 100% Apples

Made from apples grown at Apple Hill Farm in Concord, NH, Flag Hill spends months of every year distilling just the base for this incredible gin that has to be distilled 3 times.  The success in flavor of thhis spirit can be attributed to the apples that it is made from. Without them, the spirit would not have its incredible soft/buttery finish. The botanicals are all soaked in the spirit for 12 hours during the distillation - Summer Savory, Cubeb berries, cinnamon, lemon peel, orange peel, angelica root, coriander, orris root, and most importantly Juniper berries. Juniper berries are typically the predominant flavor in gin. This spirit has won many awards over the years. We believe it is one of our best.

Citrusy, Floral, Fresh, and Fun, this gin is amazing in any gin cocktail – it particularly shines in a citrus based cocktail. It has pretty, fresh flavors but with a unique finish that is so soft and buttery that even the hardened gin hater has nice things to say.
