Named after one of Maria Soles's (winemaker) grandfathers's favorite horses, Noble Kara, this is a spectacular and stunning light red wine - once labled as Rosato - but just a touch darker than your normal rose, and thus falling under the exciting new trend of Chillable Light Red wines!  Made of 100% Sangiovese grapes farmed organically, the juice spend 24 hours macerating on skins before pressing and fermentation which takes place in stainless steel via naturally occuring yeasts and no temperature contol.  All of Maria's wines are bottled without fining or filtraiton and with minimum use of sulfur.
