ORIGIN: Willamette Valley organic, Biodynamic & regenerative farmed vineyard sites.
WINEMAKING: Spontaneous natural fermentation using various amounts of whole clusters in each fermentation and aged for 10 months In barrels, settled and bottled without filtration
TASTING NOTES: The wine is classic Pinot - red fruited and a dense mineral undertone on the nose of the wine is followed on the palate with ripe strawberry, cherry compote and an earthy forest floor savory character.
