Aromas of red currants, raspberry, red cherry on the nose. Fresh and bright on the palate with juicy/taut red berry fruit, refreshing acidity, creamy mousse, drying on the finish with a hint of saline.

Uses Pinot Noir grown on moderately deep clay/limestone and silty limestone soils. Traditional method sparkling wine, minimum 9 months on lees, 4g dosage after disgorgement.
