From master somellier and acclaimed winemaker of the California Central Coast, Raj Parr, this Pinot Noir showcases his characteristic light touch winemaking with intense savory whole cluster notes and racy acidity on a light body. The texture is supple with notes of red flowers and bright red cherry and raspberry that reveal themselves as the wine opens up. Made fro organic Edna Valley fruit fermented spontaneously with 100% whole cluster inclusion and nine months in neutral barrique prior to bottling. Unfined and unfiltered. A cool-climate California stunner that shows Raj's roots in Burgundy.
