Created from old Riesling grown on steep granite slopes in Alsace, this wine was aged extensively on the lees. It is unfined and unlfiltered with minimal to no sulfur. This wine is know for intense purity, minerality, and longevity. 

The nose reveals intense smoky minerality, pastry notes, candied lemon, fresh pear, iodine, and white pepper. Subtle oxidative hints balance sharp mineral intensity. The palate displays precision and breadth with flavors of green apples, citrus, herbs, flowers, and star fruit, finishing with long mineral persistence and elegant aromatic complexity.
