Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit with a uniquely bright and floral scented rind. We source the exquisite dried zest directly from Wakayama Prefecture, Japan and blend it with sea salt from Maine to create a finishing salt that adds a burst of floral, citrus flavor to vegetables, fish or meat.
Please note: The Yuzu Salt lids have a "keep in the fridge sticker" on the top. This item is shelf stable and are fine at room temp in your shop. This is a suggestion for when customers bring them home. They will be much more aromatic and vibrant if stored in the fridge. Spice cabinets tend to be near stoves and ranges which is not great for any spices and we want customers to be able to enjoy this awesome Yuzu salt at it's peak flavor.
