Each can contains 6.5 oz of plain packed (not-smoked) salmon. Hook and line caught on Kat and Luke’s boat the F/V Aloma, and canned by Tonka Seafoods, a fishermen owned cannery located in Petersburg, AK.

Canned salmon make a versatile addition to any pantry and are easy to store. These coho salmon are caught by Trolling (see images in the photos). Trolling utilizes a traditional hook and line method of fishing, which allows us to catch and handle each fish one-at-a-time. Once onboard, we dress, bleed, and ice each fish individually.  This process produces the highest quality salmon on the market.
