Banyuls is well known for its wine, and from this also comes an excellent vinegar, made with passion and know-how in the cellars of Banyuls. It is in the vinegar factory of Nathalie and Adrien that we go to discover this nectar. At the end of a tiny road that winds between the vineyards of Cosprons, at the exit of Banyuls, we arrive at the Guinelle: it may seem far but it’s really worth it to go there and take the time to discover the place, the place is magical!
