This one uses sourced Summer Black Truffles from Italy, finely minced alongside champignons de paris (little French button mushrooms), woven together with extra virgin olive oil. Altogether, this is an exceptionally fragrant and scrumptious spread, excellent with pasta or brushed onto crisp bruschetta.
