Imported From Spain Lomo Iberico by Fermin is a dry-cured loin of pork, full flavored yet very lean. Fermín cures its lomo with garlic, paprika other spices and hangs it to cure for 90 days. Pre-sliced and vacuum packed so that you get its full intact aroma and enjoy it at home.
To achieve this Iberian loin, a 100% Iberian pig is crossed with a 100% Duroc pig. It is lower in fat and great in flavor, but milder than other categories. Like its color, which is less intense.
Serve at room temperature and leave open from the vacuum pack for at least ten minutes before hand.
