A classic, medium heat, smooth, yet subtly coarse mustard produced using a blend of brown and yellow mustard seed. Mustard miller Frank Peisert uses two old stone mustard mills to create his mustards in the old-fashioned way. His facility is one of the oldest in Germany and makes the Adrian mustard using the original recipe from the prior owner of the business Wilhelm Adrian.
