This can of florescence is a delicious, exuberant bundle of joy. The base wine is the naturally fermented juice of ¾ lb of Maine wild blueberries, tended and hand-harvested by the Passamaquoddy Wild Blueberry Co. in and around Columbia Falls, Maine. To that we add our own elderflower/lemon-infused brandy, some sugar and some bubbles. It’s a low-fi, pure, minimally processed handmade cocktail in a can.
