TENDRESSE (French for Tenderness) is Carrés Sauvages' iconic sheep's milk bar. It combines the delight of an intense cacao and the sweetness of sheep's milk which, by breaking the strength of cocoa, releases a warm and delicate emotion.
This is a dark milk chocolate with a high cocoa content (52% versus 25%-35% for most milk chocolates). Sheep's milk is more digestible than cow's milk and provides an incomparable creaminess with notes of caramel.
Ingredients: raw organic Kamili cacao beans from Morogoro Tanzania (38%), organic coconut blossom sugar (28%), organic whole sheep's milk powder (20%), cocoa butter. Gluten-free.
