BIG ORANGE is one answer to the question: what is a 'flavor forward' wine? When Andy and Issamu of Wonderwerk discovered Silvaspoons Vineyard in the Alta Mesa AVA, their eyes lit up. Ron Silva grows a plethora of very fun, harder to find Portuguese and Spanish varietals that he brought to CA with him. This vineyard allowed them to work with new varietals and also test out new flavors. "BIG ORANGE" is meant to deliver on a larger format, easy to drink Orange wine for the masses. When people say they like "Orange wine" what do they mean? We think BIG ORANGE is it!
