One of Ranco Gordo's most popular beans, Ojo de Cabra (Eye of the Goat), has been a problematic crop. They think they've figured things out, and will be offering it again in the future, but found some Italian seed stock, and it did pretty well! Grown on the West Coast, it's very similar to Ojo de Cabra but not exactly the same so they're calling this one Occhio della Capra. Still thin-skinned, rich, and hearty, this is a winner.
