• Botanicals include roasted cocoa beans, peanuts, coffee, sarsaparilla branches, lime zest, vanilla bean, and cinnamon sticks; the cocoa beans are harvested from Habitation Pécoul in Basse-Pointe, approximately three-and-a-half miles from the Rhum J.M estate
• Botanicals are macerated in high-proof, AOC Martinique unaged rhum agricole distilled from 100% sugarcane juice at the Fonds-Préville distillery
• The final maceration is combined with water and cane syrup
